My Lil Stinker - Halloween 2012

Boy, was it a cold one! BUT, Deagan was all bundled up for the festivities! First, we went Downtown Zeeland with Grandma and Auntie for some fun and then we made our rounds to family!

12 months - October 2, 2012

We made it to ONE year of photos and memories and sleepless nights, but most of all, blessings! God is good. Look at this chunker!

He's ONE year!

This past Saturday, we had a party for Deagan. The theme was a camping theme because his birthday is in the fall and he loves nature/trees/etc. It was fun getting everything together and having everyone over to celebrate.

Also, Daddy took the day off from work tomorrow so that him and D could have a day together. :) Precious.

A visit to Crane's... Where it all began. :)

A couple weeks ago, on a Sunday after church, Lee and I decided that we should take Deagan to Crane's to 1.) see where it all began (where mommy's water broke almost a year earlier) AND 2.) enjoy all the nature, trees, leaves, apples (or lack of this year), and pumpkins. Deagan LOVES trees and leaves and nature, so Crane's is the place for him.

We packed up and headed there - we got lunch and walked in the orchard. Deagan definitely was a fan. Deagan = future apple grower or picker?!? (Lee thinks not, but who knows?!?)

Closing out the summer...

Summer came to a close this past week. Sad. We spent the last weekend at the cottage - it sure was fun. Deagan is a huge fan of climbing the steps (since we don't really climb them much at home) and while playing in the water, he ALWAYS lifts his heads to the noises of boats. It was a great time as we ended our summer adventures.

On August 2, 2012, Deagan was 10 months old. We were up at Diamond Lake, so he got to pose on the beach instead of in his room like usual. :)

Vacation Anyone?!?

So, because I teach, I get to go on lots of fun adventures... AND, I get to bring  Deagan along! :) So, the day we got home from camping, D napped, Lee and I unpacked, I did laundry, I showered, and I repacked for Diamond Lake! Wowzers. It was a lot to do in one day, but Deagan, Berkley and I didn't want to miss the sun, sand, and water! :)

Perfect weather. Perfect company. Such a fun time.
